Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our products, add your items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Please contact us immediately at kodomostore1@gmail.com  or WhatsApp. Once your order is processed, we may not be able to make changes.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you offer delivery across the UAE?
A: Yes, we deliver throughout the UAE, and also to select GCC countries.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A:

  • UAE: 1–3 business days
  • GCC: 3–7 business days

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! Enjoy free shipping within the UAE on orders over AED 150. For orders below that, a flat AED 15 delivery fee applies.

A: Yes, within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unopened and unused. Opened skincare or haircare items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
